PREVIEW
Sheffield Wednesday have got off to a flier and, as I mentioned yesterday, look as good as anyone at the moment in the bid to escape England’s third tier.

The Owls are currently available at 4.6 to win League One thanks to the headstart that their unbeaten start has given them. In stark contrast, Brentford have only just about got off the mark, with one point from their four league outings.

Despite this being a top versus bottom clash, Wednesday are available at odds against, at a tasty looking 2.37. There is little by way of recent head-to-head history to go on – the last ten meetings between the pair stretch back a quarter of a century and the last fixture was five years ago – but to me this looks a mismatch and I’ll be getting on Alan Irvine’s men who can score goals from all over the park.
